Bit of a mistake there - didn't mean to suggest that Ra's Al Ghul was introduced in 'The Secret of the Waiting Graves', though the story does deal with immortal antagonists. O'Neil and Adams first presented Ra's in 'Daughter of the Demon'. cheers, Divya
