I had copied over a few photos I wanted printed onto one of my thumb drives and had taken it to the Konica store yesterday. At the store, I tried one of the two self-service units - with USB, CD drives and sockets for all sorts of CF cards etc., and a wizard-driven touchscreen - but had to bail out after a point where the only options I had were "Back" and "Quit". Ever since, my thumb drive has been completely bricked - the indicator LED doesn't lit up and Windows says "USB device not recognized". Does anyone know if I can salvage the drive?
The Konica store is the one on MG Road near Besant Nagar in Chennai, in case anyone else wants to avoid using these self-service machines. Binand
