Do you know any list manager that uses captchas to unsubscribe? I haven't been following this business all that much, but it makes no sense at all to do that. It's a smart thing to ensure you let *in* only humans, that's for sure. Once you do that, all you are left with on the list are humans. Not that I can think of any reason why an automated bot would 'want' out, if it ever got in anyway :)
