Hi Radhika

Sandhya here... I run this book club. It's based virtually in a
google group I run and we (try) to meet occasionally.

About the name... I did learn Sanskrit but I chanced upon the name
in an online Sanskrit dictionary: http://webapps.uni-koeln.de/tamil/

I like the roots "description" and "colour" better too.
