Let me jump in here to introduce myself as well. I joined the group a couple
of weeks ago, but wasn't aware that we were supposed to introduce ourselves
-- apologies for that.

I'm a Mumbai-based writer, and I run a website called India Uncut (
http://www.indiauncut.com). I also freelance for a range of people, and have
written for the Wall Street Journal, the Guardian, and various Indian
papers. I also write a weekly column for the newspaper, Mint. I've enjoyed
the quality of conversations on this group in the few days that I've lurked
here, and a couple of your members, Madhu Menon and Gautam John, are close
friends.

Thanks you for having me, and welcome Dhiren, sorry for hijacking your
thread!

Cheers

Amit

Welcome Dhiren, You don't know what you have let yourself in
for....the list has just had a discussion on the game theory of
leaving the toilet seat up or down...or something to that effect.

Don't worry about engaging with folks, there have been high-profile
marriages and divorces, too, apparently, though the list seems highly
respectable lately...
