Me, I'd prefer a relationship. However the good people I identify (fresh grads) seem to have parents who prefer that their kids join a "known" name like Infosys instead of what they say is an unknown startup. Never mind that we've been around for ~ 10 years in HKG and are about the fifth largest email provider in the world now.

That said - anybody who knows a good fresh grad or two (great english spoken and written comms skills, isnt afraid of linux + if possible can code shell / perl <- not necessary but nice to have) then put them on to me .. I might have an offer to make them, that I hope they will not refuse.
