Sheesh, this is a joke, right? We do staff augmentation (polite Americanish for body-shopping) at volumes of 15 to 20 a month for the Middle East market, and get 5 to 10 drop-outs every month.
 
The market's so hot they can so afford to do this; there's always someone else desperate enough to make them offers.
