I find that there is a raging discussion on my medical school alumini forum about how call centers in India are (or are not) transforming India socially.
I immediately thought of Carol and others on this list who I suspect may have actually studied some of these things. Are there any resources that you know of that could perhaps throw light on the "Societal transformative potential of call centers in India" - so to speak? shiv
