As Ash and Michael say, if you are not purely targeting aussie surfers then go overseas.
Locally: 1. have a look at Offis, they are full service with things like pen-testing - different approach that may not suit everyone but good for corps outsourcing. 2. Macquarie - we used them for 3 yrs for gov grade security. Super expensive. US: we use two sites, theplanet and bluebox. Bluebox is a little more expensive but at a network performance level and admin support - I would lean toward them.
