We are a MSFT shop and use www.ServerIntellect.com<http://www.serverintellect.com/>in the US for all of our services, sites and clients - Great prices, features, hardware, performance, bandwidth and 24/7 support for dedicated servers. Double thumbs up.
For a few specific local customers we have used http://www.ico.com.au/<http://www.ico.com.au/%20>- they have been great also with features and support. But like all Aussie Hosts - Bandwidth seems to be the expensive consideration. I would question the assumptions that your servers need to be physically located in AU - but if you have already done that, ICO has been more than reasonable. Keen to hear you decision.
