I'm in the process of switching the deployer stuff back to Maven 1 so that it can support both, in this case I'm going to update the original eclipse-plugin-plugin to be a maven1-eclipse-plugin-plugin and also change it to create an Eclipse 3.1 MANIFEST.MF... I don't think there is a problem with this change but I thought I would mention it just to be sure.
