Yes, it is affected by language setting.
If `LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8`, we get following output:


$ readelf -n /usr/lib/jvm/java-25-openjdk/bin/java

"ビルドID" means "Build ID" in Japanese.

I know the test is better to run with `C` or `en_US`, but I think it is better 
to check `NoSuchElementException`.
