This fixes incorrect usage of `jthrowable ExceptionOccurred(JNIEnv *env)` within _jdk.jdi_. This corrects instances where the return value is being treated as a boolean. Such occurrences are replaced with `jboolean ExceptionCheck(JNIEnv *env)`.
