Artur Barashev has updated the pull request incrementally with two additional 
commits since the last revision:

 - - Check signature schemes anables specifically for the handshake when 
HANDSHAKE_SCOPE is specified
   - Update copyright
 - Revert "Restore original arguments for getSupportedAlgorithms() calls"
