 I think you raise a fair point for a different set up updates.  there are 
places in the JAR File spec which also uses "jar file" vs "JAR file".  Similar 
conversation for "ZIP" vs "Zip" vs "zip".
 
 Too yes, lets agree on the preferred convention and update in one pass through 
java.util.jar.* and java.util.zip.* and the JAR file spec
