Should I create my own IMAGE_FEATURE and hack my fstab and inittab when rootfs

An easier option would be to remove fstab in the base-files_%s.bbappend, and

Thanks anyhow for your help,

Folks,
I did some search on Google but I could'n found any instructions on how to
achieve this with YP/OE build system.
How can I get a rootfs encrypted with YP? The image will be installed in a
NAND memory.
If some could point some directions it will help me a lot.

Folks,
Despite of using ROOTFS_POSTPROCESS_COMMAND to change /etc/inittab, is
there another method provided by build system to set the default runlevel.

meta-ti does not have support for cape manager. Just meta-beagleboard
included it for kernel 3.8.

If you are using sysVinit take a look at your /etc/inittab and comment the
line of getty for tty1.
You can use a bbappend to deploy your custom /etc/inittab file.

&
e can install "systemd-ecosystem" with some
granularity like we do with python, for example. But I don't know if it's
possible or not.

So you can regenerate
the dtb by issuing: "bitbake virtual/kernel -f -c install".

Here you have a beaglebord.org linux repo with capemanager support:
https://github.com/beagleboard
I don't know if there is any WIP to get this kernel compiled by Yocto/OE.
