when I had to do a fresh rebuild, I encountered the currency time expiry
issue. On investigating, I found the new home for meta-java with fix
and additional updates. Got past that and now I run into this.
Any insights, especially from any familiar with the other change

The MCU cross compiler we use was originally generated using crosstool-ng, and
is essentially a gcc cross compiler for 'bare metal' MCU target.
Does anyone who has gone down this road have suggestions?

The current yocto 1.5 has kernel recipes for kernel 3.4, 3.8 and 3.10
plus various BSP layers add their own variants (e.g. 3.0 for i.MX6 from
Freescale). I saw notes mentioning kernel 3.14 for the next release.

Anyone build and running openjdk-7 in the yocto 1.5 environment on i.MX6?
I tried adding meta-java layer and ran 'bitbake openjdk-7' and it blows up
in do_configure classpath-native. The log file is attached to my post at
