I've just installed GHC 6.10.3 and the Haskell Platform on a brand new Ubuntu installation. Because the Haskell Platform includes Alex, it was not necessary to explicity install this via Cabal, and then `cabal install` from darcs ran successfully. So, I've packaged the latest version as a soft re
