The Neutron CI job "neutron-tempest-plugin-api-ovn-wsgi" is not working
since [1]. The neutron-rpc-server is now deployed, fixing the patch [2].
Before both patches and now, the neutron-rpc-server service was spawned
in the controller.
The neutron-api is failing with error:
The Nova series of patches [1] is almost merged. This patch is fixing
the issues with have in the Neutron CI. I'll close this LP bug.

Instance boot operation is stuck in BUILDING status if user has some
roles which total name length is over 255 chars.
Details:
The nova-compute manager tries to store all roles list of the request
context in InstanceSystemMetadata in the __build_and_run_instan
Cloud-init now supports event reporting, so closing this item. If you

`addSecurityGroup` and `removeSecurityGroup` server actions help the
end-user to assign and remove security groups from all the ports of the
server.
Nova and Neutron have separate policies for security group manipulations
