I have been experiencing a very annoying behavior with XXE in the recent
months:
The problem is that I have no stable process to reproduce the behavior:
after some time using XXE, it suddenly stalls every time I change the
context node. It stalls for a few seconds to a few minutes, there
OK got it.
Indeed it is a clipboard issue.
What I was doing is copying large amount of image data in The Gimp (like
4MB images). That immediately stalled XXE.
And apparently the stall time is proportional to the amount of data copied.

the DB5+Xinclude addon so that transcluded files are not shown in editor.
However that deactivates the preprocessing of xincludes by XXE when
using the transformation commands (XXE 3.6.0).

we are testing XXE as an applet, and are experiencing an issue with
FireFox 3.6.10, under Linux. Sometimes when doing an action that should
open a dialog, the dialog doesn't show and the interfaces freezes
somehow (the display works fine, but you cannot navigate into the
document anymore).

it is possible through the javascript API to tightly integrate XXE
Applet with a CMS.
Is it possible to do similar integration if XXE is deployed as WebStart
