to be problematic here, given an IT dept. attitude "lock out by default" :-} As
far as I can remember, I can always access the XXE Webhelp from the XXE site;
it's just the link from XXE itself that fail

then I can find only a full setup.exe installation version of XMLmind XML
Editor for Windows.
Is there really no portable, just-extract-zip version for Windows?
Maybe such a version can be added for downloadon thi
