Thanks a lot this solves this problem (still a few to go on my side).
The docbook code is generated code (from doxygen) and there are still a
"few" issues to be solved. The docbook output of doxygen is apparently not
used a lot at the moment (there are alternatives: HTML LaTeX/PDF, R
