Dear Hussein,

Thanks a lot this solves this problem (still a few to go on my side).
The docbook code is generated code (from doxygen) and there are still a
"few" issues to be solved. The docbook output of doxygen is apparently not
used a lot at the moment (there are alternatives: HTML LaTeX/PDF, RTF,
xml), but as the possibility is offered it should work well at least not
crash / produce invalid XML and when possible the issues like these should
be removed.
My knowledge of docbook is next to nothing but I try by reading the
manuals, the existing code and using XMLMind to find the right solution.
When I cannot find the solution I'm try to find it on the Internet (but I
didn't find a lot yet there).

Thanks very much for the help.

Best Regards,

Albert
