[XXE] FW: Java SE 6??

I just spent $330 on this piece of junk and it says I need an old version of Java SE 6 to run on my new Mac. How do I fix this? I have to use the latest version of Java on my computer for Safari and my corporate VPN to work. Java 6 isn't acceptable. Thank you, -- Doug Hanks Sr. Data Center
