I agree with removing the tabs Translating was difficult; I could only
do it by editing the .po file manually. But it's clumsy for new
translators, and I don't mind a little extra work.
The main thing is that this important plugin is being maintained actively,
for which I am grateful to Harald
Please do *not* fight on this public mailing list. I'm a Dutch translator
and I don't have the slightest interest in your quarrels, which only
pollute my mailbox and waste my time.

xfce4-weather-plugin nowadays contains a lot of long explanations of
weather issues and measurement standards. Like me, you might lack the time
or inclination to translate these, as they don't seem very functional to me
in this plugin

When you download a .po file from Transifex.com and you open it with a text
editor like Gedit, you see that many files have been partly corrupted.
Probably because of the transfer of the .po files to Transifex.com, some
time ago.
The corruption is visible for line breaks: many of those have simply
text editor
like Gedit

msgid is exactly the same as the layout of the msgstr.
Especially when \n has been used a lot

Another problem with Transifex.com: the headers of the .po files are being
removed and replaced by a generic text.
For example, this is the header in the file thunar.po that I uploaded:

One-click for all xfce translations of one language would be ideal.
In the meantime: how do I use Transifex Client?
This is what I did:

They aren't being committed to Git, too. Both old and new .po files were
100 % complete.

manual push of *all* .po files from Transifex to Git?
Then at least we can be sure that all translation changes until today, are

Transifex. Yesterday I declined a membership request which came "out
of the blue", by someone with a profile that I couldn't contact.
I'm sorry that I had to decline it so abruptly, because usually I send
a message with explanation first
Well, I must say that I find this message undeserved and even offensive.
I've taken on the Dutch Xfce translations almost a decade ago, in 2011
to be exact. At that time, they were in a bad state: very incomplete
and riddled with poor translations.
On my own, I brought them up to 100 %, literally
s is understandable.

I've notified Stef about this with a long e-mail in which I've

It's of no use at all to speakers of other languages and it
unnecessarily consumes their time. I myself wouldn't appreciate to be
bothered by exchanges like this for some other language. I feel that
it somewhat pollutes this mailing list.
