not appearance of chapter number is not bidi issue. All other issues that you mentioned can easily be fixed but it requires that you spend a considerable amount of time to fix them and unfortunately at the moment I can not spend that much time on this. -- Best wishes, Vafa Khalighi --

I have done few fixes on this but there are plenty of problems that needs to get fixed. The most annoying one at the moment is that leftsep and rightsep arguments of titlespacing does not work correctly.
