I created a Windows installer for Wormux 0.7.9 (Revision 2086).
It is available for download here:

Network still doesn't work correctly in Windows, but it's disabled
by default in 0.7.9, so that isn't a big issue yet.

ive builded wormux as explained in the guide and i have a .deb file now that
i wish to share (if it is needed of course...)
the game works fine under my ubuntu edgy with no bugs.
so if you want me to send you the .deb file and or any information, just
