Hi! I created a Windows installer for Wormux 0.7.9 (Revision 2086). It is available for download here: http://download.gna.org/wormux/win32/Wormux-0.7.9-win32.exe
Network still doesn't work correctly in Windows, but it's disabled by default in 0.7.9, so that isn't a big issue yet.
