Branch 0.8.3 now compiles and run, but I haven't tested network games. I

As you may have noticed, I have merged some of the changes made in the
trunk in a 0.8.3 branch. Trunk is not yet ready to be released, there's
still work to be done on the physical engine :-/
Here is a basic changelog for Wormux 0.8.3 :
