Thank you so much, seems that indeed problem was "File is in use",
which brings my next question...
How can i stop my service at uninstall in Win7 so "File is in use"
dialog won't appear?
I have this but it doesn't seem to help :(

Yes i have an EmbeddedUI and in that EmbeddedUI i set a property to
suppress "file in use" message and let it continue uninstall (stop
service, uninstall, remove service).
File is in use becaus
