I just went through this myself use AllUsersProgramMenuFolder as the
parent this is "perMachine" where ProgramMenuFolder is "perUser".
I did have to create a RemoveFolder entry for my subfold
I'm still new to wix myself, so maybe this isn't the 'right' answer, (and
hopefully someone can correct me) but isn't the shortcut element supposed to
be a child to the element it's intended for?
