I manage to fix my problem, here is what happen:
1- try to do a minor upgrade of the installer
2- didn't work with error : Error 1316.The specified account already exists.
3- Removed KB2918614 update
4- Try to run the installer and got : Error 1316 "A network error occurred
while attempting to re

way. The error indicates there is an EventMapping table that referes
to missing dialogs and controls. Open that .msm file with Orca and see
if it does in fact have an EventMapping table with various dialogs and
controls listed.
