Thanks for your help. After searching forever, I finally found the DDK on
Microsoft Connect (horribly designed website, in my opinion). For future
reference, if someone needs the Windows DDK:
1. Go to Microsoft Connect, click on Home
2. Under Join A Connection, click See All Connections
