Yep. In those cases, you need an explicit Id. Defaulting Name and Id
from Source is a shortcut, not a replacement.
The other problem is probably not a bug but if you have the same file
name installed in to different folders (e.g. as you would with
language resources) it doesn't work as all the file Id's are the same.
I would guess that somehow adding the folder patch to the Id would be
too complicated.
See above. We don't munge the Id, just default it. Otherwise it would be
more difficult to use [#FileId] in formatted fields.
