according to the buildbot builders' page at:

But the OSX buildbot images are NOT getting copied
over to the OSX automated download page at:

I compiled a GTK2/X11 Wireshark from trunk on OsX, but DnD is not working (for
me)

it might be possible to just download and install the Windows SDK and get
command-line tools without installing Visual Studio.

However, I just stumbled across a variadic macro that has apparently
been part of the regular build since around 2009
(packet-dcerpc-netlogon.c:65).
