I committed a patch to rtp_analysis.c which *looked* trivial to fix :-)
The breakage to tcp_graph.c is beyond my understanding of the code.

The header-guard '_STAT_H_' in epan/stat_cmd_args.h clashes with the
header-guard in MingW's . Hence the protype for
'register_stat_cmd_arg()' isn't seen when is included first.
