Dan, Let's try following : 1. Connect Cisco with it's com port connector - have it connected to a PC's - Com1 port. Configure it with correct data rate. And u will see some message displayed. 2. Reboot the AP. 3. See if you can see some messages. Send it to group. I might be able to debug
