I would like to suggest you should check Cisco's EOL list ( Cisco
350 is in it's EOL stage next year ).
They have Cisco 1200s/1100s with IOS.Let me know if you need some more
info.

Let's try following :
1. Connect Cisco with it's com port connector - have it connected to a PC's - Com1
port. Configure it with correct data rate. And u will see some message displayed.
2. Reboot the AP.
3. See if you can see some messages. Send it to group. I might be able to debug

As per my understanding - AP will be marked with QOS tagging. And that
distinguishes normal packet from VoIP packet. You can see this under WildPacket
Airopeek - packet Options once you capture data.
