That driver was written for python2.x and that's long gone now. It was never upgraded but there is a fork of it that was rejigged to use Python3.x and tweaked for the weewx 4.x versions. It relies on the module python3-six (that's available in Debian 12) https://github.com/chaunceygardiner/weewx-
