Got it to work. Went into System Preferences - Security & Privacy under the General tab and selected Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere. I only needed to do this on my MacBook Air when I got the "damaged file" message. On my MacBook Pro it refused to open the application from an unidentif

[web2py] Problems upgrading from 2.7.2 to 2.7.4 on Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks)

I attempted using the auto upgrade package. The Welcome web site page came up but all the links give an Internal Error ticket number which I can't see without Admin and the admin interface gives another Internal Error. I completely removed the 2.7.2 version for a totally fresh install of 2.7.4
