just an idea, why not put requirements.txt or setup.py in web2py-book app
repo, so that people know this app require another python modules

I've learned that if you've installed py2 and py3, using 'pip install
module_name' installs a module for py2 only.
You need pip3 for installing a module in the py3 libpath ;-)
