First, thank you to read my email.
I build vpp,(latest from master) and install on my Centos-7.4.
The SElinux is disabled.
I start the service of vpp, #systemctl start vpp
Then I run vppctl.
If I use the default /etc/vpp/startup.conf, the vppctl start correctly.
