oppiste direction (allow a server to select a client) it would allow vnc
servers that are behind their own NAT firewalls to initiate the connection
to the repeater, and then connect to a veiwer that is also behind a NAT
firewall.

forwards everything from port 80 on linux box to port 5800 on an internal
machine.
