Vnc is more 'spunky', quick, etc.  than pcA.  I have been using pcA for
about 5 years to do tech support, and was amazed at how much more responsive
vnc was.

Unfortunately, I am afraid that vnc does not redirect printing.  :(  I know
what you are looking for, because different versions of pcA do and don't do
it either.
