How to Set AllowLoopback?

Howdy, I have been trying to set VNC to AllowLoopback. I read the directions on the website. However, I can't find an AllowLoopback entry anywhere in the Windows registry. Do I have to create a new key? If so, how do I do this? (I run Win98 SE.) Thanks, Andrew :-) ---
