There's several 'visual's in normal X server, but
there's only one 'visual' on Xvnc, depend on '-depth'.

Did you checked contents of 'fonts.alias' ?
'fixed' font is usually alias to another font,
and this alias is written in 'fonts.alias', such as
fixed-misc-fixed-medium-r-semicondensed--13
2, and page was written in japanese only.

do that?

Normal vcserver uses ~/.vnc/xstartup script to start initial X clients.
For iXvnc/xdm case, xdm invokes ~/.xsession script and
when this script done, xdm reset the X window (iXvnc).

To unsubscribe, send a message with the line: unsubscribe vnc-li
not send to Xvnc.
To fix this, if you are using OS/2 PM version, you can
define additional key map to those keys. If you are using
Windows viewer, you need to modify viewer code (there's
key map table in source) slightly.
