I've been using VNC on Corel Linux for a long time. Now, I've switched to
RedHat Linux 7.1. I am runing the GNOME Desktop. When I connect to it from
VncViewer running on W2K, I get the blank desktop as described in Q20 of the
FAQ. I know I have to start the desktop manager in the ~/.vnc/xstartup s
