Citrix-like functionality - NO.
Not that it couldn't be done (it has been done before) but there
are...difficulties.
First, you have to understand that VNC is truly a child of Unix/Linux. Unix
and Linux since the beginning have been built on the foundations of remote
use and multiple users, wher

In theory, yes. The following post ("Shared WTS Sessions Using VNC" by
Bill Anglea) is the state of the art:

Is the patch against AT&T VNC or TightVNC? (Or will it apply cleanly to
either?) If it will apply to TightVNC, I'm interested.

Right on the money, thanks. I hope they fix this. I do not notice the

I take it you are using 3.3.3 R9 - I have had exactly the same problem. In
the end I reverted back to 3.3.3R7, which does not do this

The 3.3.3r8 Windows binary zipfile on the website should now have the
correct version of vncviewer, which is 3.3.3R3, not R2a. The source package
always had this version.
I'm sure people will let us know of any other problems :-)
Cheers

I didn't see any response to the question about the
viewer version. The old viewer version is 3.3.3 R2
and the new version is 3.3.3 R2a.
Should we stick with the old version or use the new
one?
Thanks
