Sounds like you've set a password for VNC, but it's been set for
that user - not as a default.

Actually I had this problem today and I was about to ask about it myself.
I narrowed it down a little.
I get the error that I need to set a pas
I have it setup as a service on the machine, and although the service is
started, there is no icon in the tray to make this change.
