The new winvnc has this feature, and is on by default. BUT it doesn't have
screen resolution changing (which I would so luv!!).

Add the AuthRequired dword value in the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\ section.
Stop Winvnc service and turn back on.
Then change p/w to nothing.
The only hitch is you still gotta hit the ok button. I don't know how to
change that.

I used to get that a lot (the lost p/w that is), but I don't now because I
always 1st install winvnc, add reg settings, install service, then go to the
"services" section in administration tools - start it there; then I enter
the password.
I think it has something to do with applic
