You need to select "Shared Session." Apparently the registry was setup to
deny shared sessions.

This is similar to the CAPS LOCK BUG reported earlier. VNC appears to be
incorrectly calling the functions for key presses or at least not coded to
handle possible error situations and keyboard anomalies can happen.
